1. Return Eligibility:
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through the Contact page to obtain a return authorization and detailed return instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned package (to confirm it meets the return eligibility), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order, and the refund amount will be the full purchase price of the returned product (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable; note: our shipping is free, so no deduction will be made).
4. Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
5. Refund Notification:
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
